Instagram PDF Attachments
You can now upload and send PDF file attachment in Instagram Direct using Facebook Graph API for Instagram accounts linked with a Facebook page OR the Instagram API for Instagram-only accounts.
Instagram Message Replies API
You can now send a reply to a specific message in Instagram Direct using the Facebook Graph API for Instagram accounts linked with a Facebook page
reply_to object will also be available in the Conversations API. It will be non-null when the message is a reply and will indicate if it is a self reply. This boolean flag will also be added to the reply_to object returned in the message object in Message and Echo webhooks.

Businesses can now use the Messenger and Instagram Send API to react with a reaction emoji to a message in their inbox, edit an existing reaction on a message and remove a reaction (unreact) from a message that was previously reacted to.
